Our mission is to lead with heart, serve with skill, and create meaningful change through ABA rooted in both science and soul.
About Us
Elliot Ghanooni, Founder
At the heart of our company is a deep commitment to helping children thrive.
As the founder, I bring a dual background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Special Education, holding Master’s degrees in both fields. After years of working directly with children, families, and educators, I saw firsthand how life-changing high-quality ABA therapy can be—but also how many families struggled to access services that were compassionate, personalized, and rooted in both science and understanding.
I started this company with one clear goal: to create an ABA agency that truly puts children and families first. Every child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported. And every family deserves a team that is reliable, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in their child’s progress—not just clinically, but emotionally and personally.
We believe in meeting kids where they are, celebrating their strengths, and helping them build the skills they need to live fuller, more independent lives. Our team shares that vision, and together we’re proud to bring a fresh, responsive, and human-centered approach to ABA therapy.
Thank you for considering us. We’re honored to be part of your child’s journey.
Q’s we get all the time
-
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a science-based approach to understanding and improving behavior. It focuses on teaching meaningful skills—like communication, social interaction, and daily living—while reducing behaviors that may interfere with learning or safety. ABA is widely recognized as an effective treatment for individuals with autism and other developmental differences.
-
ABA is most commonly used to support children with autism, but it can also benefit individuals with ADHD, developmental delays, or behavior challenges. Every child is unique, and our team creates personalized programs to meet each child’s strengths, needs, and goals.
-
ABA sessions are highly individualized, but often include structured activities, play-based learning, and natural environment teaching. Sessions might focus on communication, social skills, daily routines, or emotional regulation. We keep families involved and provide regular updates on progress and goals.
-
We offer in-home ABA therapy, allowing your child to learn in a comfortable, familiar environment. In-home services also let us focus on real-life skills in real-time. We’re currently serving families in Minnesota and California and expanding based on community needs.
